Estate Argyros is one of the undisputed leaders of Santorini, shaping the island’s wine identity over the past decades. This rare vertical tasting offers an unprecedented opportunity to explore every vintage of two of its most iconic wines – Cuvée Monsignori and Cuvée Evdemon – side by side. A journey through time, terroir and vision, guided by Yiannis Karakasis MW and Matthew Argyros.

Following the tremendous success of past masterclasses such as Assyrtiko vs Riesling and Assyrtiko vs Burgundy, Yiannis Karakasis MW returns with a new blind challenge. Six top-tier Santorini Assyrtikos go head-to-head with six iconic wines from around the world. Can you tell them apart? A tasting that promises surprises, revelations, and deep insights into Assyrtiko’s global potential.

A curated showcase of Santorini’s finest producers, each presenting their labels directly to guests inside the island’s most atmospheric wine cave

Wine Legends: The Chateau Cheval Blanc and Château d’Yquem wine dinner

The wine dinner of the year — perhaps the decade. An extraordinary night featuring a journey through different vintages of Château d’Yquem, Ygrec, and Cheval Blanc, personally presented by the legendary Pierre Lurton and Yiannis Karakasis MW. Paired with a bespoke menu by chef Ettore Botrini, this is an unrepeatable celebration of vinous greatness and culinary mastery.
