Curated by Yiannis Karakasis MW, this year’s edition invites wine lovers, collectors, and connoisseurs from around the world to embark on a journey through terroir, time, and taste.Guests will experience vertical tastings of Santorini’s most iconic cuvées, bold blind comparisons with benchmark wines from across the globe, and intimate encounters with some of the most influential figures in the world of wine and gastronomy. Among them, Pierre Lurton, the legendary president of Château d’Yquem and Château Cheval Blanc, and a trio of culinary visionaries: Ettore Botrini, Michelin-starred Culinary Director of Selene; George Papazacharias, the avant-garde force behind Delta Restaurant; and Ilias Ntoukas, Executive R&D Chef at Botrini’s, whose résumé includes celebrated kitchens such as Noma, Fat Duck, and Hiša Franko.
