While focusing on Assyrtiko, the winery also champions rare local grapes such as Katsano and Voudomato, the island's only producer of Katsano wine. Their commitment to expressing Santorini’s unique terroir has earned them numerous accolades and recognition worldwide as one of the top Santorini wineries. Join Master of Wine Yiannis Karakasis and fifth-generation winemaker Vagelis Gavalas for an exclusive wine dinner featuring limited releases and aged treasures, each reflecting the rich volcanic soils and harsh climate of Santorini. Wines will be paired with a bespoke menu curated by Michelin-starred Chef Ettore Botrini.
