An intimate dinner-tasting evening inside the atmospheric St. Joseph Cave, dedicated to one of Greece's most influential wine estates GAIA Wines. Co-founder and celebrated winemaker Yiannis Paraskevopoulos leads guests through a guided journey across two of Greece's most compelling terroirs: Nemea, with its depth and character through Agiorgitiko, and Santorini, with its volcanic precision through Assyrtiko. Each wine is presented in sequence, telling the story of the estate's evolution across styles and vintages. The evening is paired with a dedicated menu by Chef Ettore Botrini and co-hosted by Yiannis Karakasis MW.
